Eden Springs Farmstead Wedding

Sara and Chase got married on a sunny day on a beautiful farm, Eden Springs, in Shelbyville Kentucky. The day was hot, but hey, what’s new for Kentucky summer weddings? Despite the heat, the day was lovely and we were so glad to be there!

Chase and Sara have been together for 7 years and have a steady, growing love for each other. They’re laid back and it was easy to see how much their friends and family admired them.

I tried blogging even more of the candid moments that unfolded on their day, instead of only taking all the “safe shots”. This meant a little more lingering behind-the-scenes. I like it, though and I hope you can get a feeling of how this lovely day was . . . from the moments after the ceremony to the (sort of scary) sparkler exit. Sara loves the rustic barn look and really wanted to incorporate that into their wedding photos. The barn at Eden Springs was a perfect fit for them!
